CENTRAL DEVON MP Mel Stride has appealed for people to continue to behave sensibly and responsibly as the Government has now lifted the limit on how often we can exercise. People can also sit in the sun in the park, drive to other destinations and can meet one person from outside of their household if they are outdoors, providing they continue to social distance (stay two metres apart).
Mr Stride said:
“As the Government begins to lift restrictions a great deal of faith is being placed in us as a society to exercise common sense and take personal responsibility for continuing to social distance. Many people will be relieved that they will be able to get out more but we must continue to be cautious and look after ourselves and others. If we don’t, greater restrictions may well be imposed once again.”
